Major Arts & Crafts Store Leases 60,000 SF in Louisville

Hobby Lobby, a major arts and crafts store, leased 60,000 square feet of retail space at 1335-1387 East South Boulder Road in Louisville, CO. The lease was signed for a 10-year term, with a scheduled move-in date of September 2003. Kmart previously occupied this space. Constructed in 1992, this retail center includes tenants such as King Soopers, Blockbuster, Washington Mutual, and Great Clips. Scott Hagan of HC Properties represented Hobby Lobby. Tom Mathews of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Somerset LP.
