The lease was signed for a 10-year term, with a scheduled move-in date of September 2003. Kmart previously occupied this space. Constructed in 1992, this retail center includes tenants such as King Soopers, Blockbuster, Washington Mutual, and Great Clips. Scott Hagan of HC Properties represented Hobby Lobby.
