Denny's, one of the nations largest family-style restaurant chains, sold one of its corporate-owned properties in Troy, MI. Big Beaver/Crooks Associates LLC acquired the 5,032-square-foot restaurant located at 3113 Crooks Road on March 11th for $1.375 million, $273.25 per square foot. William Campbell Jr. of Colliers International represented the seller, while Brad Rosenburg of Landmark Commercial represented the buyer.
