The lease is a significant expansion for the Kent-based company, whose previous lease included only 4,839 square feet. The 152,183-square-foot, Class-A facility is located at 20819 72nd Ave. South in the CenterPointe Corporate Park. Dan Foster, Stuart Williams, and Bill Pollard of Pacific Real Estate Partners represented the owner, IntraRock LLC. Milton Reimers of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
