In a rapid turn-around from earlier in the year, logistics development is surging once again in the south Puget Sound area. Between the second quarters of 2021 and 2022, activity in the area had slowed from record highs as the epicenter of activity in the region shifted to Snohomish County. That has now changed and areas in and around Tacoma again are showing the most space under construction.
