Lanier Clothes Moves NY Office

Apparel Manufacturer Relocates Office to 11 W. 42nd St.

Lanier Clothes, a division of Oxford Industries Inc., is moving its New York office to 11 West 42nd St. after signing a 10-year lease for 13,653 square feet on the 15th floor. It will move into its new office space during the 4th quarter 2003. Currently, Lanier has offices at 666 Fifth Ave. Clyde Reetz, Insignia/ESG, represented Lanier in the transaction. Greg Conen and Isaac Zion, Tishman Speyer Properties, represented the landlord, 11 W. 42nd St. LP. Lanier Clothes is one of the nation's largest producers of men’s suits, sportscoats, suit separates and dress slacks.
