As an office space specialist, his focus will include the representation of tenants and owners on a local and national scale. Chiarella's services involve consulting tenants in their negotiations for leasing and subleasing of commercial space. Before moving to Paramount, Chiarella was an associate VP at Dickstein Real Estate Services. While there, he was the office space specialist for the Princeton, Metro Park/Iselin, Monmouth and Ocean County, NJ markets.
