Texas Office Subleasing Gains Further Momentum, but Uphill Battle Remains

Office subleasing is active across the four largest markets in Texas — Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio — with over 2.3 million square feet leased year to date, putting it on pace to surpass 2021. But the sublease availability indicates the markets still have a way to go to get back down to 2019 levels.
