The Bascom Group LLC acquired the Renaissance Apartments at 22100 Erwin St. in Woodland Hills, CA, for $66.5 million, or approximately $139,413 per unit. The 477-unit apartment complex is comprised of six, four-story buildings ranging from junior, one, two, and three bedroom apartments.
