Southwest Enclosures leased 22,749 square feet at 1304 East San Bernardino Ave. in San Bernardino, CA. Featuring one dock-high position, two ground-level doors, skylights, and a fenced lot, the industrial facility will be used by Southwest Enclosures in its manufacture of data network racks. Southwest Enclosures signed a three-year deal and will relocate from its existing operation on Hallmark Street in San Bernardino.
