Panera Bread Co. signed a lease for 20,000 square feet at 5 Evans St. in Fairfield, NJ. The facility at 5 Evans St. is a 56,000-square-foot industrial building featuring four loading docks, one drive-in bay, 22' ceilings and is in close proximity to major transportation routes in New Jersey. Matthew Corpuel and Benjamin Katz of Insignia/ESG represented the tenant. Mark Kessler represented the owner, Dowel Associates, in-house.
