Fulfillment Corp. of America leased 10,000 square feet of warehouse space at 2624 Northwest 26th Ave. in Portland. The company will occupy a portion of the 77,000-square-foot building on a month-to-month lease. It will utilize the space to satisfy its dead storage requirements. Fulfillment Corp. provides turnkey fulfillment solutions, real-time order processing and inventory management, and direct marketing services. Scott MacLean and Mike Merino of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord, Stuart Lindquist. Isaac Quintero, also of Norris, Beggs & Simpson, represented the tenant in the transaction.
