Charles W. Francis Jr. left the Myrick Co. for Advantis/GVA. He brings to Advantis 28 years of experience in commercial real estate. In his new role, he will be handling the leasing of St. Joe's real estate portfolio in the Atlanta market as director of leasing for St. Joe Assets. St. Joe, a publicly held company, is the owner of Advantis/GVA. Francis graduated from Georgia State University, is a current member and past president of NAIOP, life member of the Atlanta Board of Realtor's Million Dollar Club, and has headed up leasing and marketing for several major commercial real estate developments.
