Logisource Inc., will move its headquarters from Albermarle Road in Charlotte to 700 Matthews Mint Hill Road in Matthews, NVC. It recently purchased the 10,000-square-foot building from Conbraco Industries Inc. Logisource provides logistics services. The company improves logistics functions and reduces direct and indirect freight expense for clients. Pat Orman represented Conbraco. Richard Baker of the tenant representation division of McGuire Properties Inc./TCN Worldwide brokered the transaction on behalf of Logisource.
