Weichert Commercial Brokerage announced the formation of Weichert Commercial Services, a new division created to serve property management, asset management and construction management requirements. Services provided will range from property inspection and supervision of services to complete construction services from capital improvements to tenant installations. Currently, the division manages 20 properties throughout NJ.
