Globe Union leased 50,000 square feet within the industrial facility located at 2 Territorial Court in Bolingbrook, IL. The company now occupies the entire 101,430-square-foot facility. Features of the pre-cast building include 24' ceilings, heavy power, four drive-in bays, and 12 loading docks. Globe Union is a worldwide leader in the development and manufacturing of kitchen and bathroom plumbing fixtures. Luke Brinks of Brinks Group represented the landlord. Kirk Armour, Edward Lowenbaum, and Mark Moran represented the tenant Globe Union. The developer of the building park, known as Territorial Business Center, is planning on breaking ground on two additional buildings by 4th quarter of 2003.
