Raincity Management, a company involved in the transportation and warehousing of trade show booths, leased 12,000 square feet of warehouse space at 8211 South 194th St. in Kent, WA. The lease will give Raincity another warehouse in which to conduct operations. The 66,400-square-foot industrial building rests on four acres and is owned by World Wide Distributors. Billy Moultrie and Jeff Forsberg of Puget Sound Properties represented both parties in the transaction.
