Andersen Fiesta Investors LLC purchased the the 138,161-square-foot Andersen Fiesta community center located at 1840-1940 West Chandler Blvd. in Chandler, AZ, for $16.7 million, more than $120 per square foot. At the time of sale, the property was 94 percent occupied. Major tenants include Petco, Peter Piper Pizza, Radio Shack, Bashas' and Starbucks. The four-year-old shopping center has 600 parking spaces, 447 feet of frontage on Chandler Blvd., and sits on 14.47 acres of land. The center was sold in a direct deal by another group of investors.
