Executive Vice-President and Head of CDPQ Global and Global Head of Sustainability Marc-André Blanchard has resigned from Quebec pension fund Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, known as CDPQ, to become the chief of staff for the newly elected Prime Minister of Canada, Mark Carney.
