Multiphase Solutions, Inc., a consulting firm for the oil and gas industry, leased 20,582 square feet of office space in PM Realty Group's Two Park Ten Place at 16300 Katy Freeway in West Houston. Specializing in designing and monitoring high-tech systems for oil and gas pipeline operations, Multiphase currently occupies space at 16203 Park Row in NW Houston, and plans a December move to the three-story, 57,050-square-foot, Class-B office building which was built in 1983 and renovated in 1992. Doug Little, of PM Realty Group, represented the landlord, KBS Realty Advisors. Eric Anderson, of Transwestern Commercial Services, represented Multiphase Solutions.
