Arthur Morgenstern, a California defense attorney, purchased 400 Horsham Road under the shell company, 400 Horsham CA Partners LP. The buyer obtained the 151,000-square-foot flex building, which is located in Horsham, PA, from O’Neill Properties for $21.3 million or $141 per square foot. O’Neill purchased the property back in 2000 for $7.7 million and completely renovated the building for flex/office space. The building includes 15 acres of land and is currently occupied by major long-term tenants, such as Daimler-Chrysler and Broadview Networks. James Sheehan of Insignia represented O’Neill.
