VistaCare Inc., provider of hospice services, is relocating its corporate headquarters to 4800 North Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, AZ. VistaCare will vacate its current Scottsdale location in April and move into most of the third and fifth floors, 42,000 square feet total, at The Portales building in May. The 274,100-square-foot building is also home to the headquarters of Finova Capital Corp. and Beus Gilbert PLLC. VistaCare had no outside broker representation in the transaction.
