The single-story office building located at 2075 South Cottonwood Drive in Tempe, AZ, sold to Easter Seals, a division of the national non-profit organization known for its work to improve the quality of life for people living with disabilities. The purchase price was $1.1 million, or $172.01 per square foot. The 6,395-square-foot building was constructed in July 2001, but has never been occupied, and features outstanding Broadway Road frontage. The owner expects to move-in by mid-February after the completion of tenant improvements. Phil Mercurio of Century 21 represented Easter Seals in the transaction.
