Non-Profit Pays $1.1M for Cottonwood

Easter Comes Early to Tempe

The single-story office building located at 2075 South Cottonwood Drive in Tempe, AZ, sold to Easter Seals, a division of the national non-profit organization known for its work to improve the quality of life for people living with disabilities. The purchase price was $1.1 million, or $172.01 per square foot. The 6,395-square-foot building was constructed in July 2001, but has never been occupied, and features outstanding Broadway Road frontage. The owner expects to move-in by mid-February after the completion of tenant improvements. Phil Mercurio of Century 21 represented Easter Seals in the transaction. Leroy Breinholt and Eric Jones of Commercial Properties Inc. represented the seller, Saguaro Ventures LLC.
