The 6-story, 650,000-square-foot, Class-A office building is located in downtown Atlanta amongst many businesses, stores, and restaurants. Built in 2000 it has a parking ratio of 1.54 per 1000 square feet. The building amenities include a conference facility, restaurants, banking, and a dry cleaner. Brian Hogg and Larry Jarema of Portman Management Co. provided representation for the landlord in this direct deal.
