The Charlotte based company, East Coast Installations, leased 8,640 square feet of space in 3800 Woodpark Blvd. This 69,120-square-foot industrial building, also known as Woodland X of the Woodland Business Park, features two drive-in doors, 10 loading docks, phase-3 power and a 20-foot ceiling height.
