Golden Retail Building Purchased by Arizona Investors

Robert L. Cohen Family LLC purchased the 9,897-square-foot, freestanding retail building located at 107 North Rubey Drive in Golden, CO. The purchase price for the single-tenant building was $2.435 million, or approximately $246 per square foot. KinderCare, the building's owner and tenant since its construction in 2000, will leaseback the space for a 15-year term. Kittie Hook of Fuller & Co. represented the seller, KinderCare Real Estate Corp. John Fuller Jr., also of Fuller & Co., represented the buyer in the transaction.
