Sparta Inc. renewed 34,700 square feet and will expand into an additional 23,100 square feet at Rosslyn Gateway, at 1911 N. Fort Myer Drive in Arlington, VA. The renewal allows Sparta to retain the full 3rd, 8th, and 11th floors, and it will eventually occupy the full 4th and 9th floors, for a total of 57,800 square feet. Sparta is a systems engineering and advanced technology company that provides services primarily to the Department of Defense and NASA. Steve Siegal and Brett Diamond of Transwestern Commercial Services represented Sparta, while Eddie Trujillo and Daniel Purrington represented the owner, Trizec, in-house.
