Manufacturing Company Takes 31,676 SF in Santa Clara

Trazar Corp. subleased 31,676 square feet of flex space at 4251-4255 Burton Drive, Unit 4255, in Santa Clara, CA. The company is scheduled to take occupancy in January 2003, with its term going through September 2007. It will relocate from space at 3250 Keller St., also in Santa Clara. Trazar, a privately held Silicon Valley company, was founded in 1987 for the design and manufacture of Automatic Impedance Matching networks for the semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry. Jeff Arrillaga of Cornish & Carey Commercial - ONCOR in Santa Clara represented the sublessee. The team of Andy Poppink, Steve Levere and Nate Bray of The Staubach Co. in Palo Alto handled represented the sublessor, Conxion.
