New President at Fidelity

Randy Quirk Annouced President of Fidelity National Financial

One of the nation's largest providers of title insurance and real estate related products and services, Fidelity National Financial, announced that Raymond R. Quirk would be its new president. Quirk joined Fidelity in 1985 and most recently held the title of co-chief operating officer. Quirk succeeds Patrick F. Stone who stepped down from the position to focus on his role as CEP of Fidelity National Information Solutions Inc., a majority owned subsidiary of the company. According the company, Fidelity National Financial has a total revenue of $3.9 billion, and the company's title insurance underwriters- Fidelity National Title, Chicago Title, Ticor Title, Security Union Title, and Alamo Title- together issue approximately 30 percent of all title insurances nationally.
