Manufacturing Company Secures 250,000 SF Facility

Durable Packaging International purchased the 250,000-square-foot industrial facility located at 750 Northgate Parkway in Wheeling, IL. Durable Packaging, a privately owned family business, is a leading manufacturer of metal containers. Moen Faucet formerly occupied the facility. It features 25,000 square feet of office space, 163,000 square feet of warehouse space, and 62,000 square feet of production space. Lawrence J. Meldman, vice president of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc., was the representing broker in the transaction. The purchase price of the building was not released.
