Hall Financial Group provided $10.95 million in first mortgage financing to Gustin Property Group LLC for the construction of the River Terrace Inn, a 106-room, upscale boutique hotel at 780 Randean Way in Napa, CA. Ground was broken on the site earlier this month. The new hotel plans to open in September 2003. Amenities at the River Terrace Inn will include a business service center, exercise facility, boardroom, pool and spa. The hotel's oversized guestrooms feature high-speed Internet access with furniture and fixtures reflective of the unique Nappy Valley area. Development plans also call for a freestanding restaurant to be built on a parcel of land adjacent to the River Terrace Inn. TWM Architects of San Rafael designed the River Terrace Inn in association with Bottomly Design & Planning, a consulting architect for the City of Napa. Andrews & Thornley of Napa was chosen general contractor.
