Dispatch Printing Leases 12,000-SF Warehouse

The Dispatch Printing Co., printer for the Columbus Dispatch newspaper, signed a 5-year lease on a 12,000-square-foot warehouse at 870 Science Blvd. in Gahanna, OH. The new steel-and-concrete industrial building has two drive-in bays, two loading docks, and two levelators. The printing company will use the warehouse as a drop center for the Columbus Dispatch newspaper where delivery drivers can pick-up the paper and delivery to subscribers in the surrounding area. The building is one of nine centers The Dispatch Printing Co. plans to have in operation throughout central Ohio. Steve Tucker of the Robert Weiler Co. represented the landlord. Larry Hoyt and Peggy Vogel of Ohio Equities represented The Dispatch Printing Co.
