Community Orthopedic Medical Group purchased the 8,195-square-foot office building at 26471 Crown Valley Parkway in Mission Viejo. Escrow closed for $1.55 million, or approximately $189 per square foot. The building will be used as a physical therapy office with occupancy scheduled for this fall. Steve and George Economos with NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer, Community Orthopedic Medical Group, and the seller, Selski & Sturgeon. According to Steve Economos, "This building will be the third building owned and occupied by Community Orthopedic within Crown Corporate Center."
