Aerobus International Inc. fully leased 245 McCarty St. in the McCarty Business Park in Houston, TX. Aerobus produces and installs suspended light rail transit systems for moving people or cargo. Its new location at the 9,481-square-foot sprinklered industrial warehouse was built in 1983 and has dock and drive-in loading. Will Stacy of The Holt Companies represented the landlord.
