Total consideration for the owner/user deal was valued at $1.95 million, or $122 per square foot. The three-story building is located 1/2 mile south of US 101. It features a new roof and HVAC, and also includes 30 covered parking spaces. Michael Malick of Ramsey-Shilling represented the buyer in the deal.
