The General Services Administration signed a 10-year lease at 6315 Bren Mar Drive in Alexandria, VA, on behalf of the Federal Protective Service. The service will occupy 60,000 square feet in this 280,000-square-foot office building. It will use this space as the new Central Training Facility and West Regional Office. 6315 Bren Mar Drive has excellent access to I-395 and I-495.
