GE Card Services leased 36,000 square feet at 2611 Internet Blvd. in Hall Office Park in Frisco, TX. GE Card Services, formed in 1932 to provide consumer financing for GE appliances, will leave 5001 Spring Valley Road in Dallas to move into the second floor space in November. The company will be the first tenant of the 120,000-square-foot, two-story Class-B office building since it was completed in October 2001. The current vacancy rate for existing Class B office space in the Frisco/The Colony submarket is 57.23 percent. Hall Office Park is owned by Hall Financial Group, which is also in the park. Kennedy-Wilson International brokers Bob Young (now of The Weitzman Group), Tracy Fults (now of Cushman & Wakefield) and Mike Myers represented GE Card Services. Buddy Langston represented the landlord in-house.
