Port Services Firm Buys Land In SE Houston

Inbesa America purchased 14.04 acres of land at Jacintoport Boulevard and Peninsula Boulevard near the Shore Houston Ship Channel. Inbesa, a shipping-related port services company, currently occupies an 88,000-square-foot terminal shipping facility at 16335 Peninsula Blvd., which is just down the road from its new land purchase. The company provides ship-docking and cargo-handling services, and specializes in steel imports. It is one of the leading port services firms for ships in the Gulf of Mexico. Robert S. Parsley and Michael J. Taetz of Colliers International represented the seller, American Envirotech. C.A. Rousser of The Rousser Companies represented Inbesa America.
