GSA Renews at 400 C St. S.W.

Commitment to Southwest D.C. for The Department of State

The GSA renewed its lease for 392,302 rentable square feet at 400 C St. Southwest. The Department of State will occupy the entire building, floors one through eight for a term of 10 years. This project known as the Federal Center Plaza contains approximately 1 million square feet of space including the 529-room Capitol Holiday Inn. The Donohoe Companies developed the project in 1980. Tim Gallagher and Bert Donohoe of Donohoe Real Estate Services represented the landlord, 500 Street Associates LP. Scott Johnston and Jae Lee of Spaulding & Slye represented The GSA.
