Office Building Sells for $3.3 Million

The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Inc. purchased 1720 Massachusetts Ave. NW in Washington, D.C. for $3.3 million or $340 per square foot. The property is a circa-1900 townhouse consisting of approximately 9,600 square feet of net building area. It has all new building systems, but has retained its original charm with high ceilings, moldings, mantelpieces and operable windows which have been thoroughly modernized. The property also has on-site parking for up to four cars. Robert Fleming of Hoskinson, Davis, Fleming & Brannock represented the seller, Holy Child Association. Sharon T. Brown of Coldwell Banker/Pardoe represented the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Inc.
