Amware Pallet Services recently moved into distribution space at Building 9 of Park Central Business Park but won't be there for long. The company just signed a 10-year lease to occupy Building 7A of Atlantic Business Center, an 80,162-square-foot industrial facility scheduled for completion May 1, 2003. The building, located at 1901 SW 3rd St. in Pompano Beach, will serve as Amware's regional distribution headquarters. Norm Adams and Bob Skully of Trammell Crow represented Amware in the transaction. The Atlantic Business Center is comprised of 11 existing and proposed buildings. Building 7A will be the fourth building completed in the business park when it reaches completion in May. Peter Sheridan of Premier Commercial Realty handles leasing for the owners, Atlantic Business Center L.C., and was the landlord rep in the deal with Amware.
