DMJM Architects & Engineering renewed its lease for 26,500 square feet of office space at the Custom House Block, 66-70 Long Wharf, Boston. Built in 1899, the Custom House is a 5-story, 70,742-square-foot office building located in Boston's Financial District. Located in offices nationwide, DMJM is an architecture and engineering firm specializing in transportation and infrastructure. Robert Delaney and Jon Gifford of Trammell Crow represented the landlord, ELV Associates, while Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
