Universal Packaging Systems Inc. signed a lease for 114,000 square feet at 14510-70 Monte Vista Ave. in Chino. The 170,000-square-foot industrial building features 30 dock- high positions, two ground-level doors, 30-foot clear height, heavy power, a fenced lot and will be used by Universal Packaging Systems in its packaging of cosmetics, shampoos and lotions. Universal Packaging Systems signed a 64-month deal and will relocate from 101,000 square feet in four buildings in Chino this December. Trent Wylde and Kevin McCarthy represented the landlord, Majestic Realty Co., in-house. Ken Andersen of Collins Commercial represented Universal Packaging Systems.
