Miranova's Visions are Provident

Bank Leases 63,909 SF Downtown

Provident Bank signed a 15-year lease to occupy 63,909 square feet of office space at 2 Miranova Place, Miranova Corporate Tower, in Columbus. Completed in June of 2001, the Miranova Corporate Tower is a 12-story, 243,527-square-foot office building that includes such amenities as a dry cleaners, exercise facility and restaurant. In an effort to consolidate its operations, Provident will be moving from 10 W. Broad St. into the 10, 11, and 12 floors at 2 Miranova Place. The company is expected to move in February of 2003. Joel Pizzuti represented Pizzuti Cos., the landlord, in-house. Zac Antonio of MZA Real Estate Services, Inc. represented Provident Bank.
