Outpost Management has appointed Niall Sheridan as director of investments, a newly-created role the firm hopes will bolster its engagement with institutional capital partners.
Sheridan joins Outpost from Cain International, where as vice-president he led pan-European real estate investment projects, specialising in institutional underwriting, due diligence and asset management following previous investment roles at Hines and Deutsche Bank.
The rental residential management platform operates more than £1 billion of investments in UK residential rental real estate, with partners including BlackRock Private Markets and Oaktree, across three operational assets in London, and two in development in Birmingham and North Acton.
Troy Tomasik, outpost management founder and CEO said in a statement: "With a strong track record of delivering exemplary investment and asset management expertise across the full spectrum of European real estate, Niall is an excellent appointment as our first director of investments.
"The creation of his role signifies our intention to further institutionalise our approach to investment and asset management, driving Outpost’s growth engine to continually create additional value for our partners."
