Watts Premier, a subsidiary of Andover, MA-based Watts Industries, signed a 26,973-square-foot lease in the 35,748-square-foot building at 1725 West Williams Drive in Phoenix. The seven-year lease in Building C of the Deer Valley Commerce Center had a total consideration of $1.635 million or approximately $0.72 per square foot per month for the life of the deal. Watts, a manufacturer and distributor of water purification systems, intends to occupy the space in mid-December and will use it as its new headquarters. The landlord, as part of the deal, has agreed to provide the company with its own truck well that will be built adjacent to the leased space.
