Watkins Commercial Properties acquired Upland Village Green, a 186-unit multifamily complex at 1420 Chaffee St. in Upland, California, from an affiliate company of G.H. Palmer Associates for $48.5 million, or about $260,750 per unit. The property changed hands for the first time in more than four decades, ending the original developer's ownership as apartment transaction activity across the Inland Empire continues to rebuild.
