Beltsville, MD-headquartered Central Wholesalers Inc. signed a lease for 34,200 square feet of space at 600 Glen Ave. in Moorestown, NJ. The agreement was for five years in the 85,337-square-foot industrial building, which will be an expansion for the company. Central Wholesalers is a full-line distributor of plumbing, electrical, janitorial, hardware and building supplies. Peggy A. Ireland of Whitesell Construction Co., Inc. handled both sides of the transaction.
