The 9,442-square-foot industrial building located 10608 Forest St. in Santa Fe Springs, CA sold to Tank Master. The company, which repairs tractor-trailer tanks (like those used to haul gasoline), purchased the building from the previous owner/user, De La Rosa Manufacturing, for $1.03 million, or just over $109 per square foot. The M2-zoned building features a 39,000-square-foot fenced yard, foil, skylights, a five-ton crane, 26' clear height and seven 14' x 12' ground-level doors. Mike Ward and Steve Sprenger of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller. Greg Jenkins of Penta Pacific represented Tank Master.
