ConAm Management Corp. purchased the flex property located at 3990 Ruffin Road in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego. The 45,634-square-foot facility was purchased for approximately $6.617 million, or $145 per square foot. The 16-year-old building features grade-level loading, heavy power, a dramatic entry, and plenty of office space. ConAm Management will occupy all but about 8,000 square feet of the building.
