San Diego-based XyberNET Inc. signed a lease agreement to renew its space at 10640 Scripps Ranch Blvd. in San Diego. Located within the 62,244-square-foot Scripps Technology Plaza, XyberNET will remain in its 10,780 square feet of office space for another five years. XyberNET provides software services and products to the insurance industry. The renewal had a total consideration of approximately $970,000. Ron Magnaghi of Irving Hughes represented XyberNET in the transaction. Bob Kuzman and Chris Hobson of BRE Commercial/NAI represented the landlord, Cornerstone Investments Inc.
